So, I have high cholesterol, and the doctor has been trying to get me onto using pharmaceutical drugs, of which I have resisted. My daily routine of supplementation is 1g NMN, 1g trans resevetrol ( mixed with olive oil) , 3g of taurine, vitamin k2 and vitamin d3 and glutathione and I had been taking Nattokinase (10k FU) from another supplier. My ldl was reducing gradually over time (down to 4.07) . I ran out of Swanson Nattokinase and ordered the 4K FU from here before Christmas and took 3 tablets each day(as 10800FU is the ideal amount according to the clinical studies). However I had my bloods taken a week ago, and now my ldl has increased (4.8) and the hdl has decreased. I can only put this down to the Nattokinase from Finchley as being fake. I won’t be buying these from here again.
