I've they work as described, I started with 2 at 4000 fu in a little water with 1 x Serraptase and 1 K2 MK4 with about 20ml of water, I could taste and feel the texture along with a dry mouth, after about 6 days I increased the dosages to 3 x4000 fu twice daily of NK, 2 x serraptase and 3 x K2 MK4 and stuck with it, a affect on day 1 then around day 6 the taste had minimised due to my body realizing it wasn't bad for me, overall it didn't take long to feel the effect of it, little things used to be annoying then disappeared, it tokk a couple of days to notice they gad gone.
