I purchased this after a blood test revealed my daughter was low in folate due to ongoing stomach issues. The sublingual form was a godsend as when you are having stomach issues swallowing tablets can be hard going, not to mention absorption compromised. I am age 66 on no Medication. I have a healthy diet and exercise. I do take a variety of supplements and an important one for me is B12.
