I ordered this product after it being recommended by Mark Lester for my partner who suffers from tendinitis, lower back pain and enlarged prostate. He started taking it about 5 weeks ago at 1/2 teaspoon once per day. It did give him a few die-off symptoms (anxiety, stomach discomfort), but he persevered with it, dropping the dose to 1/4 teaspoon. After only 1 week of taking this, he told me he was not getting up to go to the toilet as much (he had been getting up 4 times in the night). His tennis elbow slowly started feeling better, and so did his lower back. After a few more weeks he was able to play sport again - racket ball, and he said he felt fantastic when out on his mountain bike. He seemed to have more energy. My partner is a very sceptical person regarding alternative health, so this is fantastic. It is good that there are great products out there that work.
