I'm on my third week of Oxylift and I am feeling a major difference. I have a sluggish thyroid and I have been using Thyroid glandulars for it. When I started Oxylift, I didn't take the glandulars as I want to readjust my body's natural healing abilities.
I started on a Monday with one drop three times a day, two drops three times a day on Tuesday and so on. This way, it's easier remember when you are starting the supplement. After the first Sunday, I have been taking it 7 drops, 3 times a day.
As I take Megahydrate as well, I have been taking it this way and you can get the maximum benefit. I wish I can show pictures of my drink! In a 35ml water bottle, I break open a capsule of megahydrate, add 7 drops of oxylift and a teaspoon of chia seeds. The water is energised with bubbles and the chia seeds get hydrated almost immediately. I also do the same if I'm juicing.
