Directions

First week – one capsule daily; second week - one capsule twice daily; third week & thereafter - two capsules twice daily. Take with meals.
Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the stated intake. Keep cool & dry, out of reach of children. Do not use instead of a varied diet.
