I began using this zinc supplement in September 2025, after experiencing excessive hair shedding that caused me great anxiety. I noticed a reduction in my hair loss after the first month of using the Global Healing Zinc supplement.
It has now been over two months and my hair shedding level has returned to normal! I am so happy and relieved. I have also noticed an overall improvement in the appearance of my hair, which has given me another reason to smile.
I would recommend this zinc supplement.
Happy with the plant based zinc, easy to take and digest, since it is my first bottle, 2 more bottles to go, i honour that there is no nausea, as there was with certain zinc capsules.

My zinc was low and was advised to take 30mg one day and 40mg alternate days. I have a 30mg tablet I take anyway and thought I'd add this in, as maybe the liquid will be more bioavailable - done the job! Easy to add to liquids, but sometimes I just have it straight as it doesn't taste too bad to me - just need a glass of water handy afterwards. Will keep ordering until Dr says to stop!
I have uses this product for years now...it's in a form that is absorbed easily and makes a difference quickly.

I use one full dropper in water each day. Easy to use and quickly absorbed. Great for keeping virus's at bay.

I've been taking a drop of this a day for the last couple of months. The taste is fine, though quite strong, and I'd recommend taking with food since otherwise slight nausea may result. Not yet sure about the benefits but no real problems with it and I'm quite likely to reorder.

I opted for a liquid zinc product because zinc tablets make me feel sick. I already use other global healing products (Tulsi/Kidney health) and benefited greatly. So easy to take and very effective. My husband also takes it, it's part of our daily routine and with all the other things we get from Finchley clinic we have managed to stay away from all the various virus' floating around. This plant based zinc is excellent quality, I can't say whether or not there is a tangible effect but I take this supplement because most people are deficient in Zinc.
Has a strong taste but I use the dropper towards the back of my throat and swallow without trying to taste, following with water.
