We have carefully balanced amino acids with B vitamins, glutamine and lemon balm extract to aid normal psychological function. Positive Outlook has been formulated to provide the necessary nutrients to support the key neurotransmitters helping you maintain mental and physical performance under stress. These neurotransmitters are made from the amino acid tyrosine and help boost motivation and drive as well as alertness. Additionally, 5HTP is included in this formula and is used by the body for mood balancing neurotransmitter production to produce a more positive outlook and greater sense of wellbeing.

Ingredients
L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, betaine monohydrate, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), L-5-hydroxytryptophan (from griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, lemon balm extract (melissa officinalis), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
How to take
Adults take 2 capsules once or twice a day at least 30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking MAO inhibitor drugs. If you are taking any other medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. Can cause drowsiness in sensitive individuals; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
