How long we keep your information

The law requires that where we have traded with clients. then the data must remain on our accounting system for at least six years from the end of the current tax year. However we keep a permanent record of all orders sent to all customers. If you ask us to stop sending you information, we will keep a record of your contact details and appropriate information to enable us to comply with your request not to be contacted by us.
