What is Positive Outlook?

We have carefully balanced amino acids with B vitamins, glutamine and lemon balm extract to aid normal psychological function. Positive Outlook has been formulated to provide the necessary nutrients to support the key neurotransmitters helping you maintain mental and physical performance under stress. These neurotransmitters are made from the amino acid tyrosine and help boost motivation and drive as well as alertness. Additionally, 5HTP is included in this formula and is used by the body for mood balancing neurotransmitter production to produce a more positive outlook and greater sense of wellbeing.

Positive Outlook provides amino acids such as 5HTP, tyrosine, glutamine and B vitamins needed to make key brain neurotransmitters which are important for mood, motivation, energy and the sleep cycle. Also provides Tri-methyl Glycine (TMG) for healthy homocysteine levels which may be important for balanced mood.

Formula

Two capsules typically provide: 25mg Vitamin B1, 40mg Vitamin B3, 20mg Vitamin B6, 100µg Folic acid, 10µg Vitamin B12, 90mg Vitamin B5, 430mg Tyrosine, 500mg Glutamine, 220mg TMG, 90mg 5HTP, 50mg Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm).

Other Ingredients

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrageenan, pectin), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Daily Intake

Take 2-4 capsules a day

Cautions

Not advisable if pregnant or in cases of melanoma, schizophrenia, high blood pressure, or if taking fenfluramine, or MAO inhibitor drugs.
Consult your healthcare provider if taking medication.
Rarely, digestive discomfort can occur which usually disappears by reducing the intake.
Can cause drowsiness in sensitive individuals; do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Glucose is used in the manufacture of the L-Glutamine.
