The vitamins and mineral are in a form similar to food, which the body is designed to digest. The yeast cell walls are broken down with enzymes from pineapple and papaya fruit to release the nutrients within each cell. This final step is important to aid digestion but most important for those who are sensitive to yeasts. The allergen, which causes the problem, is a protein on the cell wall; when broken down, its ability to evoke an allergic response is lost. Gentle on the stomach.
