I am a post menopausal woman who has been taking this product for a couple of months now. I have issues with urinary flow and nocturnal urination. I was getting up 4 X a night and needless to say, my sleep was severely affected. I have found online that it usually takes about 3 months to have an effect, but I'm already noticing a difference in the urine stream, less loo visits, and emptying my bladder better. My daily dose at present is one in the morning, and one in the evening, and I'll probably increase the dosage now my body has adjusted to it. I haven't experienced any side effects at all. Please note, this Saw Palmetto is not only for men, but really is helpful for menstrual and menopausal women. It has a balancing effect on the hormones so don't be put off by the label that says 'Men's Health'. I recommend this product.
