Started taking this when Covid hit. When everyone around me was with flu symptoms I was well. This combination plus taking additional Zinc has kept me well when people close to me were not. Highly reccommend taking this with zinc to stay healthy.

Me and my partner have autoimmune diseases (I have MS and my partner Crohns). Through researching supplements that may support both of us I identified Quercetin & Bromelain. We also take a number of immune boosters and supportive supplements but so far I've had no further deterioration or relapses, and my partner is off his Crohns meds, and I strongly believe these are helping.

Purchased this product after a conservation with Mark Lester when I contacted him regarding advice for family members who had Covid and were isolating. Decided to purchase some myself to boost my system mid-winter and stayed well although surrounded by people with coughs and colds fo 10 days over Christmas.

Tablets are on the large size and I personally find them difficult to swallow

Just love Higher Nature products, have had no problems of any kind using them. And this combination of Quercetin, Vitamin C and Bromelain is really powerful both for my immune system and water retention. My daily dose is 1 capsule in the morning, it wakes me up, too. Highly recommended!
