Took as an alternative to thyme formula in conjunction with Pinella,Burbur, Samento & green magna. I have had problems with candida for many years & had a severe relapse prior to starting these products. They started to work within a few days, my symptoms improved so I felt well after about 3 months and went entirely after 6 months.
