I have taken these for many years now initially I was taking four a day for a few months then just one a day. I have had about a year with no enzymes and I have seen a massive difference in my health or lack of good health shall we say, I have been suffering with severe heartburn, gas bloating and thrush for the last year from not taking these. I have just placed an order for 4 tubs as need to get my health back to where it was previously. They really do work!!
