I have been using this product for quite a while now. Not sure what I would do without it. No matter how much fruit and veggies I eat, bran I add or more water I drink I need this on a regular basis. I take 2 tablets most nights and sometimes one in the morning. If they haven't worked after a few days I take one dose of five tablets at night and two in the morning.
