This was recommended to me by my nutritionist as I suffer from fibromyalgia. After having done a by and zinc test my levels were found to be low dispite being supplemented. I take a high dose of these. 3 a day under supervision of my nutritionist at the optimum health clinic. It has had a huge impact on my anxiety and my quality of sleep. These are now a priority supplement for me.
