I have now tried both the Oxylift and Elements Max (and the cell food). My body prefers the Oxylift. 'Some' low cost' airlines reduce the oxygen supply on planes, it took a few flights to work out why some flights took me three -five days to get over and others I was okish/reasonable. Now I take the oxygen in my hand baggage and add this to a small bottle of water then drink this before flying. Works a treat, recovery from flying for me is easier. My overall general is of greater benefit with the Oxylift. The other important noticeable factor is in a warm climate and just drinking water, it is not sufficient to replace the minerals. I speak with experience, 217 has been a long over hot summer and draining. I have noticed the difference with the Oxylift. I write with experience of dealing and living from 19 years of illness, I have done my own survey and my long term maintenance plan does include Oxylift. Thank you.
