I am only half way through the bottle and am still building up the dose - now at 14 drops. Almost straight away I noticed I had more energy. Now I feel that it is helping me feel less depressed too. I am about to order another bottle to carry in my handbag during the day.
I tried this years ago and it did not seem to benefit me much- but I did not realise that I had candida badly - and Threelac was amazing in getting rid of that. As Mark recommended this, and it is made by the same company as Threelac, I decided to give it a go. I am planning to give some to my son to try too.
