My hero, the Medical Medium: Anthony William recommends this B12 supplement as the best. So I bought it from Canda (that was before I was aware of Fincley in the UK). After just a couple of months I went to my doctor for a blood test for B12 and the values was great! So it works!
The taste is nice too.
