I have been using Colosan for a few years now and i must say i am very satisfied with this product.I am not using it to easy constipation but rather to clean the colon in combination with diet and liver cleanses.What i find important about this product is that you can adjust the dose and modify the intensity of its effect according to your needs and preferences It is also a wonderful way to reduce bloat and relieve that lousy tired feeling one gets from absorbing poisons into the bloodstream through the intestines instead of nutrients
