Oxy-powder is an easy-to-use yet very effective product especially for people who suffer from constipation or sluggish bowel movements. My husband and I both used Oxy-Powder as a a part of the Liver cleanse kit and as a part of the Harmful Organism Cleanse by GHC and were very pleased with the results. At the beginning we needed to play around a little bit with the dosing (I needed about 8 capsules at first until I experienced the desired effect) but could then taper down to 4-6 capsules at bedtime. Great product!
