I started feeling better within 2 days of taking this combination. I then added the Golden Seal Formula F which made me feel worse for the first few days, but then I started to feel much better still. My main symptoms were dry skin, dandruff, feeling hung over in the morning even though I am teetotal, and a foggy brain. I'm not completely better yet, but I have improved a lot.
