I have been taking oxygen elements max for a few years. It gives me energy to die for and improves my mood. I also don't get colds any more. I am someone who reacts very quickly to products, and I noticed the benefits almost straight away.
Since taking threelac, a long term fungal problem between my toes has been fading and I've been getting much less itching. Because I am sensitive, I find even within 3 minutes I feel like a cloud is lifting from me and a general sense of well being.
