I had IBS so severely I had to give up my career with terrible diarrhea and other tummy problems. I started taking threelac, active digestive enzymes and oxygen elements max 3 months ago after being recommended by a friend. I am now about 9% better and back at work. I haven't overcome my gas problem entirely yet so I am now trying Golden Seal Formula to see if that deals with the remains of the problem.
