I have been so happy since taking active digestive enzymes, and the effects in my case were immediate. I tend to eat too much, too quickly and get bloated, and have a sluggish digestion and tendency to gas, and this causes me to I used to get anxious after food.
Since taking the enzymes, my guts feel calmer, I get less gas, and interestingly, because my psychological health has always been closely slinked to my digestive health, I feel calmer and happier. I am also now having a motion after every meal, whereas before I only went to the toilet once a day. I have also noticed my breath smells better!
