I suffer from Systemic Candida and have done for 3 yrs.

The illness I felt from it was so much worse than the majority of other people. I couldnt go out much, sometimes bed ridden.

The one thing I had ( due to medications ) was constipation, perhaps going only twice a week and not much then.

Since I have been taking these capsuals the candida symptoms have almost all but gone..I can eat the odd naughty thiing that once would take me days or weeks to recover from

I am so excited as now at long last I can start anti fungals without the fear of crippling die off which always left me unable to continue. I now realise constipation was what was causing 9% of my candida symptoms because the dead toxins lay in my bowls which make them 1 times more potent.

I just assumed I was one of the "sensitive" ones. I knew constipation played a part in Candida I just didnt realise how big a part it played.

I am soon to start taking Threelac on a very low dose of 1/2 packet a day see how I feel and build up and if all goes ok I will be adding oxygen elements later on too.

I am so grateful to Mark for introducing me to these pills. The oral thrush I normally have as almost gone too.!
