Threelac is a great product. Following an operation I have been suffering with thrush for months, as well as cystitis, PMS, acne outbreaks and mood swings. I began taking threelac three months ago and have seen a great improvement. I have only had one outbreak of thrush after taking antibiotics and all other symptoms have almost disappeared. I know the candida is not fully cleared yet as the spit test still shows stringy but I am beginning to try some further products and can at least control the symptoms a lot better.
