I have never written a review for any product before but i felt i had to on this occasion. I am on my 6th day of the 7 day cleanse and i have to say this is the best product i have ever used. I have suffered from headaches for years and have tried every product on the market but nothing ever lives up to the hype so i have taken headache tablets daily just to get on with day to day life. This has led to bad constipation which was obviously making my headaches worse (vicious circle) and i always seemed to feel lethargic. Since using this product i have not suffered headaches or needed to take headache tablets and this is unheard of for me. I feel like i am cleansing out my system and i couldn't feel better - i can actually say i feel "well" and now have a spring in my step. I would recommend this product to anyone.
