It really is rather wonderful stuff! And it wasn't long after using it that I started to notice a difference with my hair. My hair is quicte thick and I have tended to lose quite a lot, so much so that I have to put something into the plughole in the shower to catch it all. Despite hairdressers telling me that shedding a lot of hair is normal for my hair thickness, this has still been very irritating and finding strands of hair all over the place has been driving me up the wall. Enter GHT's Silica plus! Only a few short weeks after using it, I was sure I wasn't losing so much hair. But you know how it is ... 'maybe it's just a phase, I'm imagining it' .. etc, etc. Well, I'm not sure how long ago you sent this to me, but it must be a few months ago now and I can honestly say that the difference is remarkable. It's not often I get so ecstatically enthused about a product - I have my few favourites, such as oxygen, colloidal silver and a good probiotic - and this will definitely be added to my list. I feel that I'm shedding what I would call a more normal amount of hair, not the handfuls (or so it seemed!) I've been used to. My skin and nails have never been much of a problem (just normal ageing signs now!), but I would even say that my skin has taken on a slightly more healthier glow. Wound healing also seems to be very quick - during some rather zealous gardening, I had a nasty cut on my finger from a new pair of shears, a deep would which would normally have taken ages to heal. I couldn't believe that literally within days the skin was knitting. So, all-in-all, I'm rather pleased (that's probably putting it rather mildly, but I think you get the picture).
