I have been using Colosan for a number of months and have found considerable relief from the symptoms of Candida. I have been able to tolerate foods that I have had to avoid for years much better. However, this remains the case only when i use colosan every day. If i stop taking it, the sensitivity returns.
It is however, great for temporary relief.
