I bought the trial size to see how I would get on with them. I cautiously took one capsule morning and night (this dosage was ok for me, you need to see what dose works best for you)
I wasn't dissapointed or overwhelmed by the effects, a totally natural colon cleanse. This is a brilliant product I wish I had known about it sooner. I am about to order a full size pack.
Don't take my word for it try it for yourself, you won't be dissapointed.
