I've had M.E 8 years which for me is significantly continued by IBS and food intolerances. Beware single discipline approaches to M.E. These GHT enzymes work, allowing me to eat a broader range of food and not suffer anywhere near as much for it, keeping me sane when I need to treat myself. Other companies products often contain much less enzymes at similar price so I stick with these. I need 3 per meal/snack to be effective so a mark off for their exhorbitance.
