Having suffered from a severe and extensive rash for about 6 months, I had tried all sorts of products to no avail, when Mark suggested I may have heavy metal toxicity and recommended Z Natural. I found the product to be very effective indeed. The rash started clearing at a dosage of about 1 drops three times a day. I gradually increased to a maximum of 45 drops three times a day (the dosage recommended for serious problems) but then reached a bit of a standstill with the rash much improved, but not completely gone. Switching dosage pattern to 23 drops 6 times a day (4 hourly) kick-started the clearing again. Eventually I reached a standstill with this dosage regime too, when I switched to Crystal Energy with good results.
Drinking plenty of water seems to reverse or prevent the tiredness which can result from the product working in the body.
I found the first menstrual period after starting the product was accompanied by an exercise-induced pain in my side which lasted several days, but subsequent periods were much better pain-wise, than normal.
