Excellant product. It really works for constipation. I only started taking it for less than a week – within 3 days, I was waking up at 7 in the morning, full of life – after about 6 hours sleep. To be honest, I felt like my life was going nowhere – with lack of energy and therefore lack of enthusiasm to progress in work. I really hope that this continues to work. The thought of being on something for the rest of my life is not appealing, but if I feel like I have done for the past couple of weeks, it doesn’t bother me as much.
Anyway, it is also important to try to keep a fairly healthy diet as well. But doesn’t have to be too restrictive.
