I tried this some months ago taking one box, then waiting about a month and then taking the 2nd box. I found it to be the only Probiotic product out of 4 different brands I've tried over some time to ACTUALLY make a significant and rapid difference to bloating. It worked a treat for me - flatter stomach, better digestion, calmed stomach. Tried a different brand again since but to no effect at all - will be switching back to Optibac now!
