I was full of pain all over my body in my joints, getting cramps, irritable, my skin was very dry. After 6 weeks on silica plus, my skin had improved tremendously, and people started telling me how well I looked and that I looked younger. More importantly all the joint pain in my body disappeared within 3 months.
I have also broken my foot twice in the same place. I recently banged it again very hard on the weak spot where the previous breakages were. I was sure I had broken it again as this area is very vulnerable after being broken twice, but in fact it turned out just to be bruised. I am sure, based on previous experience, that had I not been taking silica plus for the last 6 months, that my foot would have been broken yet again.
