Hi its early days as yet but wanted to say that after switching to Bio Kult after taking five lac for 3 months i am feeling more human again, I emailed Mark about trying the thyme formular as i wasnt getting very far with my Candida (still getting lots of fungal ear infections)and i wanted to know if i still take a pro biotic with the Thyme formular, I am building up the thyme formulae only on 2 a day at the moment and on 7 drops a day of Oxygene I think one of the things that has helped with taking the Bio- Kult is an increase of bowel movements 2 to 3 x a day as opposed to 1x a day before which must be helping eleminate the toxins Thanks Mark for your help and advice Looking forward to see how i feel in a couple of months and hoping to knock this Candida on the head
