I use wheatgrass, spirulina and Green Magma barleygrass (a teaspoon of each) on my breakfast cereal to give me a good start to the day. It seems to give me an added energy boost to keep me going throughout the day. I find it a great combination which really works! Green Magma is a good support and alkalising, so a great asset in my health regime.
