I wouldn't have believed that anything could make such a difference so quickly, but this one does. If I wake up with back pain, I take two of these capsules and there's a definable difference within a very short period of time, probably within an hour. I receive excellent feedback from clients for the mood-enhancing effects of DLPA, so definitely a good supplement in my books.
