I took ZNatural for about a month, as directed on the bottle, 1 drops twice a day in water for the first 1 days then 5 drops twice a day. I didn't notice much at first, but then realised I felt SO much better during winter than I ever have before! I usually get Seasonal Affective Disorder, and have to run almost daily to stay on top of it, take high doses of Vitamin D etc. I hadn't changed anything, but felt much less fatigued, much better moods (WAY better!). I even now like winter almost as much as the summer, and had many moments of euphoria. I lost weight too and my stomach bloating went down. It definitely seemed to cleanse the system and I just feel brighter and better. Give it a go.
