I started using oxygen elements plus because I developed what seemed like an arthritis like condition (even though I was only 25 at the time). The symptoms were very stiff joints, severe pain, swollen and puffy face, itching throughout my body. I went o my GP several times and had a number of tests which showed nothing. The GP prescribed scabies cream and later steroids, which made me more comfortable but did not take away the pain completely. But the steroids caused my face to puff even more (moon face), eat more, caused depression, frequent urination and sugar cravings (in other words diabetes symptoms).

Later on I discovered The Finchley Clinic and I went to see Mark Lester for a session of ozone therapy. This is the day that I bought Oxygen Elements Plus for the first time, and decided to discontinue taking the steroids. Within a week I felt far lighter without any return of the pain. Within 2 weeks, I was almost symptom free. I started losing weight and went from a size 14 to a healthy size 8-1. I have been using this product for 2 years now, and have been well ever since. I really want to thank Mark for his support and encouragement on the phone,m and for introducing me to this product which has saved my life. Had I carried on in the direction I was going in, by now I believe I would have been in a wheelchair, as well as eventually suffered the dangerous side effects of steroids.
