I have read that soil based organisms are the best type of probiotic to take for improving gut health. Since I have used a number of products manufactured by GHC before I knew that this product would be of a high quality and I wasn't disappointed. I take the recommended dosage and feel that it has helped my overall gut health and has helped with bowel regularity.
