I have used this product for a couple of years now though I have changed the way I use it. At first I took 6 or 7 tablets before bed and 2 more in the morning once a week for a thorough cleanse but this became difficult to maintain.
I now take one at night most nights and it is less dramatic and may take two or three days to work but it is very effective. I would recommend this product and also Finchley Clinic from whom I have always had excellent service.
