I'm passionate about this product. Its eased off a thumb joint pain that had been bothering me for 4 years and getting progressively worse. Strangely my sister also had thumb pain and it worked for her too.
I have also suffered from acne all my adult life. I started taking the powder and within 2-3 weeks my skin completely cleared. I take it in conjunction megahydrate and vitamin C but only improved with the acne when I started taking MSM.
My hair is thicker and curlier. My nails are stronger.
