I use this product to calm my digestive system as it works very quickly and effectively. It means that I can eat onions, pulses and other foods which would normally cause a lot of gas, and I take 1 or 2 immediately after my meal. I also sometimes use it on a daily basis to help with intestinal candida when I have been eating too many of the 'wrong' foods. I have been using this product for more than a year now and I make sure it is always in my 'alternative' medicine cabinet and will continue to order it from here as when I purchase 2 boxes I get free delivery and a discount.
