I bought this cream for my wife who had used it as a hand cream and she was really happy with it. She used it only once per day, before going to bed and no other use was necessary during the day as the cream is really nutritious. She told me she tried it also on her skin but it didn't work for her that way. Not having any particular condition we cannot say how it works in such cases.
