Hello I have taken Poly mva for about 9 months high dose as I have xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, it gave me a massive boost of energy by the 3rd bottle, and the xxxxxx is held back, not cured as yet. It has reduced lumps under the skin about 5% by now, I think it could help to inprove a lot of health issues. Take probiotics and enzymes. I hasten to add you also need to look at your diet, no rubbish, clean vegan vegatarian, read Hulda Clark, and decide for yourself. For general good health to boost your mitochondrial cells I would say 1 teaspoon twice a day in some water. I take much more than this. Its good to buy from Finchley, because is much easier and certainly a reasonable price, June H
