I only needed to take 1 capsule for it to help keep me regular. I have suffered with constipation all my life and know matter how much water I drank or how many vegetables I ate, nothing helped. Almost straight away I was going to the toilet every day and sometimes twice. I will never miss taking an oxygen capsule.
