Oh my! Colosan Capusules where have you been all my life? I started to take these after they were recommended by my colonic hydrotherapist who has been treating me for sever constipation. Having tried so many different supplements, I have to say these are the best! Absolutely amazing! I have now been diagnosed with IBS and I have to say I am not using the Buscopan that I have been prescribed as much as I thought I'd need to and I'm sure these capsules have something to do with it. I was taking the maximum dosage of 6 at night and again in the morning for a whole week for a full cleanse. I am now down to 2 a day to keep me regular. Everybody who has had problems with their bowels/colon needs this. I have just ordered the powder to compare the two as the powder supposedly goes further but I cannot comment until I've tried. Will write another review for comparison once I've tried it. If you're thinking about it, go for it.
